Tadi, pukul 12.30, saya perlu ke atas pula jumpa boss no. 2. I was called to inform the background of the whole thing.
Be positive.
Petang nanti, nak masak apa ye? Kalau iman kuat, saya akan menghabiskan puasa saya ni..hikss...
Balik rumah kali ni rasanya saya akan bawa setimbun fail untuk dihabiskan...tak pe, kalau saya sihat, saya kuat, I don't mind doing the work.
wokeh...back to work after the short lunch break!

Laporan di hari Ahad
It is now Sunday, 11.40 pm. The television is on with Chef Wan and daughter Serina on air. The programme is called 'Jangan Tidur Lagi'...Seronok tengok Chef Wan kepoh. Hubby is sleeping in front the tv, he consumed paracetamol for his head ache and went straight to sleep after that.
Today has been a busy day. After my subuh prayer I went down to managed the laundry. I have washed some of it yesterday and only to sidai it this morning. After that the machine has to work a few more rounds because I'm cleaning the door mat and also bed cloth. All are dusty due to the work done to change the doors.
Since we woke up early today, we managed to do some marketing at the section 6 market. Yup, lamanya tak masak. Hari ni masak gulai lemak putih petola, goreng ikan/ikan masih and sambal belacan.
I'll be having visitors this week so I better get the rooms ready.
And tomorrow I have to work. Ek elehhh, macam tak best nya....tapi kena positif, semoga aku gembira esok Ya Allah, dan semoga semua kerja dapat disempurnakan dengan mudah, insya allah.
Have a productive week ahead everyone!!

Back from Kuching
Today is Saturday, 19 June 2011. I came back from Kuching last night. The flight was delayed and I only reached home at around 12.30.
Alhamdulillah. But there will be a lot of cleaning up to do. Hubby did mention about a very much needed gotong royong event for today during our journey home from KLIA yesterday. Tapi macammana nak buat gotong royong kalau dia masih tidur?..isk
Oh, how's my Kuching trip? Okay laaaa, seronok je.
But there's nothing much to see/do in Kuching actually? Is there any kuching people out there who can comment on this? I read through the pamphlets given and found out that most of the activities are more on the adventurous activities like river boat ride, jungle tracking etc. And, not that I mind all those activities, but for a short and busy trip like I had, I do not have the time. For this time, I only managed to take a very very short ride on the Sarawak's river, went to other side to buy kek lapis and ikan masin...okaylah tu, at least sampai juga ke Sarawak.
I managed to taste mee kolok and laksa Sarawak though..ha ha, I don't know whether the stall I visited did not cook it correctly or what, but for me, there's nothing really special with both dishes...hmmm. Laksa dia tak de ikan ye...and mee kolok tasted like mee segera goreng..ada orang Sarawak marah tak? maybe you can suggest me a better restaurant/stall next time.
Since the visit was actually for work, 80% of the time was spent working. We visited factories during the days and accepted one dinner invitation for the night..menyesal tul, if we did not accept, we would surely be able to spend more time lepaking and having a good time having our own sweet time dekat sungai tu...boleh gossip lagi. But since we accepted the invitation, we just have to bare with the mundane business conversation..tak bestnya. Very long pulak tu, pukul 10.30 baru habis.
Balik ke hotel, rasa macam ready to sleep aja. Oh, remember my last post where I woke up at 3.30 on Thursday before going to Sarawak? Thank god for that, I was really tired by the end of the day and therefore falling into a deep sleep was not a problem. Huh, mandi, solat, call hubby and after that I dozed off.
Well, that's all for this morning ya, have a nice weekend everyone.

Before Kuching Trip
I realised how important it is to get involved in discussions or a simple chats in the office because that is the easiest way for you to gain knowledge. Breakfast in a group especially will get you updated on the current issues, be it on politics, economy or policy. And of course not forgetting hot gossips.
Yesterday, the first two hours of my morning was spent simply talking to my new boss. I am very thankful to God for sending my new boss over. He is a very simple, full of knowledge, work hard and smart, sincere and simple dislike staying back and bring his work back..ha ha...but the most important thing is, he is acting human and realistic. A good start, and may it maintain that way as long as possible, aaaamiiiin.
There was another discussion in the afternoon and a friend stopped by after that. Since I was rather desperate to clear the outstanding work, I smsed hubby and ask him to call me, yeah, a subtle message for my friend, I am just a little busy today babe and could not entertain you, and it worked, but I could not help but feeling sorry...next time ye.
After Maghrib, I drove home and when I reached home, hubby was already waiting outside the house and we went out for dinner at Pak Mal's nasi ayam restaurant. I had mihun soup and hubby ordered nasi ayam.
Once we reached home, I took my bath but could not started packing for tomorrow. Why am I so penat ni?
I tried to get some sleep but somehow my bathroom door kept on making some noise which was kind of spooky, ha ha...so, I decided to join hubby downstairs. I thought he was watching tv, ghope ghopenya, lena. So, apa lagi, I pun turned off the tv and joined him sleeping on the carpet.
There were those days when we just could not close our eyes and sleep, even when you are on a very comfortable bed. But last night, that did not happen. The moment my head touched the pillow, I dozed off. Nikmat betulll!
Hmm, around 3.30 I woke up. I thought of continuing sleeping and only to wake up at 4.30 but hubby insisted that I need to pack my things then. Well, since I joined kelab isteri taat tuh...ha ha ha...well, I started ironing and packing. I wanted to sleep again, but could not so I decided to update this blog.
I 'll be away to Kuching today and will only be back on Friday night. So, doakan saya selamat pergi dan balik, and if I were rajin and has got the energy, I will do some update on Friday nite..okay...bye

Tupperware
I was feeling so happy. The food pun taste a little better, ha ha ha
Saya beli ikan pari masak asam pedas dengan sayur kacang panjang. Tahu tak berapa harga? RM5 tahu.
What did hubby and I had for dinner? Roti nan and tandoori...dekat Restoran Syed Seksyen 4. Now, I have not had my bath yet and a pile of files is waiting for me after that. Ok, chow chin chow.
Midnight Report
It's already 12.45 am now and dear hubby is already sleeping. It is actually already late for my standard but I had just woke up for my isyak prayer, and decided to check some papers submitted by my officer before I go to sleep. I'll be going to Kuching this coming Thursday so I better clear as much so that less work will be waiting for me once I'm back.
My boss and another DD were again out of the office and I was left alone today. I do not mind being left alone but things just went hectic when one big boss came and requested some information which is supposed to be handled by the other DD..adush...panic gue. Pada masa tu la juga, all files went missing and my DD friend's handphone did not work. What a day it was.
Anyway, I still managed to forward dear boss with the information, Alhamdulillah. In the afternoon, dear Boss came to my room and requested the information to be improved for the coming meeting between minister and the company. I will leave that task to my DD friend lah, gue sudah tidak larat.
Coming back to my own work, I hardly manage to settle my things since I was so busy settling others. Somehow, those whom I need were not around...I became officer and boss at the same time. At one point, I have almost raised my voice to dear PA...yeah, she keeps on telling me, 'cikbib, please call back MR...., he needs to speak to you' and I just...what? biar je la, dia nak dia cakap dengan saya dia call balik la...hmmm, very promotional of me?..huh? but believe me, that only happened when I was very much under pressure.
Once everything settled, you will feel as if you have been squeezed and left feeling extremely tired. I missed lunch (mood tak dek) and by 5.00 o'clock I just do not feel like continuing wiyh my work. I decided to just go home, have dinner, maybe take an early sleep and continue working after that. Alhamdulillah, that was just what I did..
And now, I am ready to retire for the night for the second time. There will be an early meeting tomorrow....I pray for a cheerful productive day ahead...insya allah

No Matter Where You Are
Hubby forced me to update this blog twice a day? Isn't that just too much?
I am now watching AF final concert, nothing outstanding actually, so...sambil tengok, sambil tulis blog..he he..
What to write actually?...
Hmmm, I went to visit my sister this afternoon before she left for her umrah. She was at her daughter's house..ha, there was lunch, tomyam and ikan masak sambal.....my niece can really cook nowadays..haa. My sister is now already on the way for her umrah. Semoga dipermudahkan semua urusannya, insya allah.
Not everybody has the opportunity to go and visit the holy Makkah, yup, to be the guest of Allah. Those who got the opportunity, must be thankful to be selected.
But that does not mean those who do not have the opportunity to go and visit Makkah cannot be a better person since there's a lot of thing you can do here, in Malaysia, to improve yourself.
Have you ever seen, people in 'ketayap' but drive recklessly? A guy dressed in a Jubah but have no respect to others? no manners?
Once, I have met an Egypt guy in one of the Kebab Shop at Tokyo. This Egypt guy kept on repeating that we, the Muslim were all the selected ones and granted with Iman..well, that is okay, I am very thankful of that myself. But when he continues and keep on repeating that the Japanese who served him the halal food as Syaitan, I was so pissed off. Do we have the rights to evaluate non muslims in such way?
What if one day the Japanese guy converts to Islam? What if he becomes even a better Muslim than we are? And are't we suppose to show a good example? a good behaviour so that the non muslim will be attracted with our religion?...
You may not agree with me, but when I was in Japan, I do think that there's a lot that we can learn from the Japanese despite of the fact that they are no Muslim. They are very discipline, punctual, they respect others, they hardly show their anger and they are very clean. Except for their faith, I think in some ways, they are even more Muslim than we are.
So, no matter where you are, you can learn from your surrounding, from the people around you, and improve. Whether it's Makkah, Madinah or Japan, what important is YOU!
